Car Nut's Dream! - 09/16/08 01:52 PM

I have a listing that is to die for especially if you or your significant other likes cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, jet skis, etc. There are two shops; 40' x 31' insulated & sheet-rocked, finished interior and hospital-clean painted floor. This shop has a 2,000 lb capacity overhead traveling electric hoist, is cooled and heated. The second shop is 35' x 23' with a commercial grade compressed air system that is also piped underground to the main shop. And behind the main shop is a 7,000 lb capacity vehicle lift.
