I've got my first listing under contract. It took just 14 days to sell. And I'm just waiting to hear whether the offer I submitted for my first buyer will be accepted. We'll find out tomorrow. All of this happened for me last week; just a little over 2 months in the business. I really believe it has to do with attitude.
