Forgive me if this posting is not quite what you expect, as this blog post is NOT real-estate specific (I hope you make it such with your contributions!), although, I would like to think it could sure have a positive impact on our outlook and approach to same!

I'll save the dramatics, as you know the old adage: "If it bleeds, it leads!" It is so easy to find just that approach to news applied across the board in our pop-media, from the international to local level.
