1. Don't assume because a property is vacant and water service has been cancelled, that water has been turned-off--NOT the norm for the KC Water Department. IMPORTANT INFO:

If you are familiar with KC, then probably not a surprise--we have a great balance of affordable housing & low cost of living, businesses and business opportunities, and, our fair share of arts/culture/nightlife/entertainment (More so than the article would seem to indicate!).

One correction: Though light rail has been explored here on many occassions, NOTHING under construction at this time.
