If you were not convinced before, maybe now you are, as the home buyer tax credit has been EXTENDED for many first-time home buyers, and, EXPANDED to allow a number of current homeowners to take advantage of the savings on that upcoming move! Many more details will come out over the next few days, I'm sure. But, for the highlights, check-out the following from the National Association of Realtors website:
