After working a few hours...Yeah Right! The Tomato wanted a peace of the martini
on the golf cource. The tomato flaked a couple of times before hand waiting for
his time to strike. Tomato finds out that Martini has a blown disc...he moves in
for the kill. The Martini was a scratch golfer until this minor set back.
That's was fine nothing a few "adult" beverage's couldn't take care of.
Day starts off with a Large BEER and some sold tee shots...well from the martini.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Thought I would share a recipe that I had this weekend. It was to die for! Just add a little more garlic...O.K. A-lot!
INGREDIENTS: 1 onion, chopped 1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbs. olive oil 2 6 1/2-oz. cans minced clams, drained 1 6-oz. can tomato paste 1 can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup water 2 Tbs. lemon juice 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 Tbs. dried 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/4 tsp. ground thyme 8 oz. linguine or spaghetti, cooked and drained Grated Parmesan cheese
