 The residential real estate markets of South Portland saw 24 transactions take place at a median sold price of 215K and a median days on market of 43 in March 2010. In February 2010, 21 homes sold at a median price point of 167K and a year prior 21 homes sold in March 09 at a median price of 192K. South Portland like Portland continues to remain a strong and healthy market overall!

 The Cape Elizabeth Maine real estate markets saw a 5 transactions take place at a median price point of 305K after sitting on the market for a median days on market of 22 compared with 7 homes having sold at a median price of 267K after sitting on the market for 109 days in March 2009. The markets of Cape Elizabeth continue to stabilize and see encouraging results as we move into the strong spring buying season here in Maine.
