This sales volume was 23% higher than last year during the 1st quarter, although it was 5% lower than the 4th quarter of 2011. Residential real estate in Westbrook sold at a median price of 177K, 8% higher than 1st quarter of last year and 8% higher than during the previous quarter. For the month ending June 30th, 2009 the Westbrook ME residential housing markets 23 homes sell at a median price point of 172K after sitting on the market for 34 days. In 2008, 18 homes sold at 207K. This represents a volume increase of 28% and a pricing decrease of about 17%. Month over month, pricing was relatively stable, dropping 2% from May.
