Here's our newest condo listing in Pacific Pines, a condo community off of El Camino Real in Encinitas.  This community has a great location, and you can be at I-5 in just a couple of minutes by going down Manchester to the south.  If you go to the north, you have all the shopping on the El Camino corridor north of Encinitas Blvd.  The community also has a nice pool and barbeques and table under the shade of the tall trees.  Here's the brochure:

pacific pines: Open Sunday - Pacific Pines Encinitas Condo - 01/09/08 04:14 PM
We are holding open a brand new condo in Pacific Pines in Encinitas, California.  This will be the FIRST open house for this property (last week got cancelled due to the heavy rains).
Open House: Sunday, Jan 13, 2008
Time: 1-4pm 
The home is at 1710 El Camino Real, #202.  From I-5, take Machester exit and go east (which turns into El Camino) and you'll see the condo on the left.  If coming south on El Camino, you will pass Encinitas Blvd, then Santa Fe Rd, and it will be about a mile ahead on the right hand side of the road.
