Come out and join the city of Parkland, along with family and friends as they host the First Annual Parkland Craft Show. This will be held on Sunday December 6 from 9 am till 1 pm at the Equestrian Center. The event will feature local crafters who sell handmade craft items. There will be over 50 vendors who will be selling everything from jewelry, artwork, metal work and pottery.

In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, 2 cloves garlic, green onion and pepper; set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add remaining 3 cloves garlic and parsley. Add shrimp; cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until pink and firm. Do not overcook.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over French bread rounds. Top each with 1 shrimp. Garnish with tomato halves and parsley leaves.
Lay out 1 sheet of phyllo dough. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Repeat with 4 remaining sheets. Cut phyllo sheets into 6 pieces. Fit each section into a muffin cup. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove plastic cover from spinach souffle and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. Divide spinach mixture into baked phyllo cups. Sprinkle feta cheese over spinach mixture. Return to oven for 6 minutes. Serve hot.
