 2 (3 pound) corned beef briskets with spice packets
2 (12 fluid ounce) bottles beer
2 bay leaves
¼ cup peppercorns
1 bulb garlic cloves, separated and peeled

Blackended Salmon Fillets Recipe - 03/05/09 10:43 AM
Ingredients-serves 4



 
2 tablespoons ground paprika
1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
4 salmon fillets, skin and bones removed
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
 
Directions
1.In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, white pepper, black pepper, thyme, basil and oregano.

This March on the 28th, which is a Saturday, Parkland will be holding a Bikeology, which is designed to help promote bike safety. There will be a bike course set up by the Parkland Broward Sheriffs Office at Pine Trails Park. In addition, there will be give away from bike helmets to t-shirts and safety reflectors. Admission is free and the event starts at 10 am and goes till 12 pm.

Ingredients serves 8



1 cup all purpose flour
¾ cup rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½  cup butter, melted
4 cups peeled, cored and sliced apples
½ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ cup water
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Stir until crumbly.
