Yavapai County, Arizona is one of the largest counties in the whole country. Our Prescott Area Association of Realtors (PAAR) MLS is divided into areas. yavapai county: Get it while the Getin's Good!

When I was growing up, we often heard Get it while the Getin's Good! as an expression that it was an offer that should not be refused. I believe that certainly applies to vacant land in Yavapai County. I have one listing for a 5-acre building site that is a terrific buy. The lot has a well, gorgeous views, and the price has been reduced from $325,000 to $149,000. Other RURAL land is available from $1,200 per acre. See http://JohnMosier.com and http://PrescottsLandMan.com for more information. (2 comments)
