Penndot will be milling County Line Road and Street Road in Warrington Township. Construction started on 08/30/2010 ending date of 09/03/2010. These roads will have lane restrictions during the hours of 9am - 3pm daily. There are lane restrictions on Pickertown Road between Upper State Road & Stump Rd for widening the highway, 9am - 3pm daily. Lane restrictions on Limekiln Pike between Upper State Rd and Stump Rd for widening the highway, 9am - 3pm daily. With less than one month to go, summer is almost over and a new school year will begin. I would like to remind everyone to be alert. Too many people talking on their cell phones and no clue to their surroundings. We have to remember what is important, not the sale or the problems that arise but our futrue. Heads up travelers Street Rd is closed during the day for milling. Penndot is preparing Street Rd for resurfacing in the fall. They are closing down sections between Rt 611 and Lower State Rd daily for the milling crews. County Line Rd seems to be taking the bulk of traffic. Try Bristol Rd as a secondary route it might save you some time.

Limekiln Pike Bridge Horsham Township - 08/11/10 06:55 AM
The bridge on Limekiln Pike has been closed to north bound traffic. This bridge will remain this way until spring of 2011. Penndot states the bridge has extensive deterioration. New construction will require six months of construction. I see a lot of traffic on Chestnut St. and would like to remind everyone that it is a residential area. Please slow dow.

Just a heads up, there will be somer lane changes in Towamencin amd Salford Townships this week. Penndot is working on the 309 connector to the north east extension of the turnpike. This will create a direct route from the 476 Extension to 309 in Hatfield.

Looking for an inexpensive way to dress up your property. Consider sealcoating your driveway. The cost is pennies on the dollar for the service and the outcome is very rewarding. My son has a sealcoating business currently running an add for 10% off. Most average driveways sealcoated for under $300.00 This does depend on size and if there are cracks in the asphalt. Nighttime Work Planned on Route 202 in Upper Gwynedd, Lower Gwynedd   
  Residents and drivers in the area of Route 202 at Hancock Road should be prepared for overnight work at the intersection between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. starting Tuesday, Aug. 3. During that time, traffic will be restricted to one lane, with intermittent 15-minute traffic stoppages. Crews will be working to install new underground drainage pipes and inlets across the intersection.
