Hello everyone,
Just a quick reminder to check your gutters & downspouts. Big storm on the way with sleet and freezing rain. Make sure your vehicles are filled up, and extra gas or propane for a generator. This storm is very large and can cause power outages. Also make sure the sump pump is working and if you have a battery back up/ chartge the battery. In the event there is a accumulation of Ice we could be with out power for a few days.

What a waste of time - 01/15/11 11:06 AM
Unbelieveable, I write a deal for a short sale on my listing. Sellers accept the deal knowing it will be a short sale and happy to be relieved of the obligation. Contacting the lender is like pulling teeth. Why is it so difficult to talk with a representative on the phone? They provide a list of requirements for the seller with an authorization form. The questionaire is filled out, the authorization is filled out and sent to the lender.
