Preparing your home for a Showing - 03/23/11 07:24 AM
When presenting your home to prospective buyers, first impressions are crucial. Spring Clean Up - 03/22/11 09:31 AM
Spring cleaning checklist 1. Raking. Very important part of a good lawn care. Removal of old leaves, thatch or old grass from last year. This will promote new growth. 2. Seeding. For a quick patch use contractors grade seed to grow quickly, however this will need to be monitored and reseeded with a good blend of blue grass. 3. Fertilizing & weed control. A neccessary part for a beautiful lawn. Stay away from the new seeded areas. 4. Weeding. A most unpopular task. In early spring it is best to dig out the weeds or at least pull them out before the bloom & (2 comments)
