I would like to thank all the wonderful agents today for attending my Brokers Open. I know it is difficult to take time from your daily activities to go out previewing a home. However as they say one hand washes the other. Brokers open are an important role in Real Estate Marketing. Bringing out Realtors to your listing just might open someone's eye's to a wonderful home. Actually one agent today mentioned what a great home and that she would pass along the information to a client. Thanks again to everyone for taking the time.

LO Compliance Rule - 03/22/11 03:49 PM
Did you know on April 1, 2011 the Federal Reserve is implementing the LO compliance rule. I hear this rule will prohibit mortgage brokers and realtors from reducing commissions to assist their buyers with closing costs. Can anyone shed some light on this Federal Reserve Bill. I have seen some senators are asking to delay the rule. any and all input is greatly appreciated.

Spring cleaning checklist
1. Raking. Very important part of a good lawn care. Removal of old leaves, thatch or old grass from last year. This will promote new growth.
2. Seeding. For a quick patch use contractors grade seed to grow quickly, however this will need to be monitored and reseeded with a good blend of blue grass.
3. Fertilizing & weed control. A neccessary part for a beautiful lawn. Stay away from the new seeded areas.
