Did your last transaction have SYZYGY ? - 09/11/11 08:32 AM
This word happens to be my fathers favorite word. Syzygy = a straight line configuration of three celestial bodies I like to think of it during a transaction. 1. I know there are multiple issues during a transaction however I like to keep it simple and break up the whole process into three steps. Knowing step one and two are completed is a huge relief and now just awaiting the big settlement day.

BITS AND BYTES FOR AUGUST According to identitytheft.com, college students comprise almost 35% of all victims. Therefore, be sure to add a paper shredder to the back-to-school shopping list! Students are easy marks for identity theft because:
They move a lot, so mail does not get forwarded. That annoying pile of pre-approved credit offers that we all receive way too often all end-up in the same trash can down in the school's mailroom; Their school loan forms get misplaced or just thrown out rather than shredded. Topic Summary: If you have kids going off to college in the next few weeks, or know a parent in the same situation, there are more important things to be concerned with than IPadsand refrigerators! There are three major areas of concern that you should be aware of when it comes to insurance coverage. Auto Insurance First, see if your auto insurance provider offers a good student discount.
