I thought you might find this interesting, -- maybe even SICKENING! The National Association of Realtors is all over this and working to get it repealed, -- before it takes effect. But, I am very pleased we aren't the only ones who know about this ploy to steal billions from unsuspecting homeowners. How many realtors do you think will vote Democratic in 2012? Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home, etc. When did this happen? It's in the … (1 comments)

Now may be the best time to purchase that home you have been waiting for. With todays interest rates and housing prices down 20 - 25%. Econommists are predicting a rise in the housing market over the next couple years. Remember the mid 80's and the early 2002 era. The housing market jumped like crazy and prices rose over night. I do not think that will happen however it is a great time to purchase that home you have been waiting for. Tis the season for routine spring cleaning. Just a quick reminder to replace the batteriews in your smoke detectors. If they are over 10 years old they should be replaced. Another largley overlooked item is your dryer vent. It only takes a few minutes to clean out the vent and check the connection at the dryer.
