I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and offer a few observations with regard to the current real estate market in the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
 
First and foremost, unless you are compelled by circumstances beyond your control to put your property on the market, now is not the time to sell. Selling now will be choosing to participate in a buyer's market.  Inventory is high, and it is increasingly difficult to differentiate one property over another.
