3rd Exit Realty Master Mind Meeting! It just keeps getting better and better!

It amazes me the type of camaraderie that Exit Realtors share! I am proud to be part of such a wonderful company! Several Realtors from Exit Offices around Charlotte area and Statesville are getting together to share knowledge, ideas and techniques! Yes, you heard me right, we are helping each other. In tough markets, Exit Realtors are not quitting or turning their back to each other. Instead, we are helping and supporting our fellow workers. We do not believe in dirty competition and selfishness.

A little over 3 months ago, we started meeting once a month with the purpose of becoming better Realtors by interacting and sharing ideas, experience, frustration, and everything else that comes with the business. This month we had the privilege of meeting at the Exit Home Team Realty in Statesville NC. We talked about several topics, but we concentrated in prospecting techniques and strategies.

I would like to specially thank Kim Privette, owner of Exit Home Team Realty for letting us meet at her beautiful new office!

John Paul Soto choose to work in Charlotte, NC real estate because he genuinely enjoy working with people, and believe it is an industry that rewards dedication and personal initiative. He also want to give back to his community, and he is currently employed as a firefighter for the Charlotte Fire Department.

John Paul Soto was born and raised in Guatemala, and moved to Charlotte in 2002 to attend college. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and will continue to make his home in Charlotte, NC after graduation.

He takes great pride in his accomplishments and hope to continue to build a successful track record helping other people achieve theirs. He is now part of “The Soto and Ferreira Group” on of Charlotte’s NC best Real Estate Groups.
