refinance: Refinance 85% Loan to Value with No Mortgage Insurance - 08/25/12 03:16 PM
Refinance 85% Loan to Value with No Mortgage Insurance payment required. Refinancing a 1st along with a 2nd into one low fixed interest rate and not have to pay MI is all this customer wanted. Then the appraisal came in a bit low. I was still able to get him what he wanted despite now being at nearly 85% Loan to Value.
