3 bedroom 2 bath brick ranch in pretty good overall shape.  The star here is the lot/ view/ and creek access just two lots away!  Put your canoe or jon boat in and cruise Sturgeon Creek to the Cape Fear River.  I'd recommend a small to medium sized jon boat with a tiller 9.9 HP up to a 25 horse... not much bigger than that as the access is tidal.  If you time the tide charts you could get a bigger boat in and out no problem at 3/4 tide or higher.  Great fishing in these creeks, and the scenery is amazing.

Back to the house/ lot- detached garage/ workshop, high sloping fenced lot, no chance of flooding unless a flood takes out the whole region.  Some updating to the house done, more would help, but very liveable as is.
