Some time all we need to do is ask I recently sold a house to some friends that I have known for
several years they had looked at one of my listings earlier but it did not have all that they were
looking for.
So one day out of the blue I called them to ask if they would like to look in another area the answer was yes.
We met at my office and discussed their needs then set up showings they found a house they liked we
executed a contract on the house that they wanted.
