Even the bathtubs in the secondary bedrooms are cast iron 5 1/2 foot soaking tubs instead of the cheap steel tubs you will find in most other homes.

No expense was spared on landscaping either. The 1+ acre lot is fully xeriscaped with water efficient native plants. Many 36" and 48" box trees were brought in to provide a look that is years ahead of most other yards. All plants that require irrigation are on a water efficient drip system. Both the front and rear yards are accented with landscape lighting. The swimming pool was built by Cameo Pools and features an infloor cleaning system, salt water chlorine system, LED lighting, uplit fountains, and an upgraded PebbleTech interior. Unlike most swimming pools you will encounter, this pool is virtually maintenance free. All you need to do is check the PH balance of the water weekly and clean the filter once a year. I commissioned an artist in California to create one of a kind anechoic glass tiles in a tropical fish motif that are inlaid in the bottom of the pool. The pool also features three gas fire pits behind it, and matching built in planters that flank either side creating a real sense of privacy. There is approximately 2000 square feet of concrete decking for entertaining and a 500 square foot view deck. From the view deck you can enjoy breathtaking 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and downtown city lights. You can watch no less than twelve different fireworks shows on Independence Day without ever leaving the comfort of home.
