I was just reading through this month's (May 2007) issue of Realtor Magazine and on page 49 there is a little snipet under "Cool Tools" that I thought looked really interesting. Basically it is a company that will create a sign rider for you that includes full color pictures of your listing & your logo/photo. It really isn't that exspensive starting at about $25/per sign. It's A Buyer's Market, But Nobody Told The Sellers! - 04/26/07 02:47 PM
So over the last few weeks, I have written 3 offers on three different properties for three different buyers ( I know it's amazing I actually have buyers willing to write contracts!). All three buyers came in under list price, based on Sold & Active Comps. Of the three offers 1 was outright rejected, and the other two were countered several times by both the buyer & seller, but eventually just fell apart. I guess I am just venting because our market has done a complete 180 since last year and it seems that the buyers are the only ones reading

I am sorry if this sounds like I am just going off, but these things are happening way to often..... Really almost nothing bothers me more than Buyer's Agents who do the following... Make an appointment and don't show up. This is a great way to give Realtors a bad name.Show a listing without an appointment.(3 times last month different agents used the lockbox, without calling me first or checking the MLS to find out showing instructions, on one of my listings that was alarm activated. New Smoke Detectors - 04/16/07 05:28 PM
It is especially interesting to me because we had a smoldering fire in our home last year (no one was hurt) that our builder installed smoke detectors did not detect. We now have both kinds of detectors, but I think it is important that everyone know about it and we should pass the info along to our clients!!!
