Arizona Real Estate NOT the Super Bowl is the Real Big Game In Town! - 01/31/08 05:34 PM
When you say "Big Game" in Arizona you can't help but think of the football game in Glendale, even if you're not a football fan.  Arizona also hosts other big games like the FBR Open and the Barrett/Jackson car auction; there is literally something for everyone. 
Even those who aren't sports fans can't help but appreciate the fabulous weather, stunning scenery and warm hospitality.  But, the REAL "Big Game" in Arizona is real estate.  I hope that the "white noise" of a negative national press in the financial sector doesn't obscure the positive aspects of what is happening in Arizona.  Local … (0 comments)

I know this is not a new marketing idea, but I firmly believe that Single Property Websites are a wonderful and inexpensive marketing tool.  Plus Sellers love them!
I know that there are several companies out there that provide this service, but I have found that if you piece out the different facets of creating one it can be little less expensive.
Here is what I do.....
I create a free web flyer at http://www.postlets.com/ .  Then I pay $5.00 (Cheaper if you buy mulitple credits) for the upgraded version that does not contain any ads.
