I have been thinking about why agents choose a certain office, or a certain company to be a part of. There are many different aspects to consider when choosing an office. Of course one of the most obvious is the commission split, as well as any office fees, transaction fees, or desk fees. But I honestly believe that when it comes down to it, money should not be the number one reason to join a particular company.
