Ever wish you could just sneak out of town when the weather is terrible?  I have found a place in South America where the highes are around 70 degrees  and the lows are around 50 degrees year round.  The best fruit, flowers, and trees you could ever find.  Beautiful scenary.  Located in a town of 300,000 with art, museums,  theatre, and music.  People are so friendly.  They use American dollars as their currency.  A maid costs $150 per month.  A pretty apartment costs $200 to $300 per month. 
Think you might want to retire?  Even better!  Lots of benefits for Seniors.
