Big Creek Greenway, Trails in Cumming, Forsyth County - 03/28/10 09:10 AM
The Big Creek Greenway in Cumming (Forsyth County) is a wonderful experience - I am amazed to see so many people here on busy days.  The Greenway is about 10 to 12-foot wide path made up of boardwalks, earth and concrete that meandering through the trees and along the Big Creek. The Big Creek does flood with heavy rain so watch the weather.  The trail is great for walking, jogging, hiking biking and inline skating. The trail is about 6.8 miles and starts at Bethelview road and goes to McFarland Parkway.  Future phases are still being designed.

Alpharetta Real Estate - Homes for sale in Alpharetta - 03/25/10 11:26 PM
One outstanding community in Alpharetta is the Chadbourne Subdivision and its sister Community Westgage at Chadbourne.  Right now I have two listings in Chadbourne and both are under contract.  I am seeing some strength in the market right now - showings are strong and offers are coming in.  I three items are driving this market right now and they are:

Real Estate Stats - March 2010 - 03/08/10 07:29 PM
I have a buyer coming in town from the West Coast - I email my clients listings that match the criteria and they select the ones they like based on their location, photos, virtual tour and descriptions.  I emailed her homes in Gwinnett County and she emailed me 24 homes she wants to see over the next 3 days.
Here are the stats as I called on her selections:
