business planning for 2012: Fix the leaks? Are you ready for 2012? - 12/22/11 12:41 PM

As 2011 comes to an end, if you are in real estate, I am sure you have been bombarded with business planning classes & webinars. If you have taken the time and done a business plan you probably have some numbers written down like you need 40 appointments, 37 listings, 200 phone calls you have to make. I believe its important to have numbers and goals for your business. However, I think most business plans fail to look at an agent's existing business and find the leaks.
