I love this town and just wanted to give a little blurb for one of my favorite new restaurants in Collierville. My husband and I recently dined with some friends at the fabulous new "Tennessean" restaurant at the old train depot on the square. It was a WONDERFUL evening, with truly excellent food, unsurpassed service and a truly unique and special atomosphere aboard the train cars.  The chef came out and personally went around to each table to ensure everyone was pleased with their meal, and the owner of the restaurant was there to greet us when we first arrived.  There is nothing like excellent service!

As a new home specialist, working with two successful builders in the community, I'd like to offer a few tips and suggestions to anyone who is considering building a home vs. buying an existing one. 
Building your dream home is both an exciting and a stressful time.  Make sure you talk openly and extensively with your sales agent and/or builder on the front end, before construction begins, to get all of your questions answered.  Take nothing for granted and do not make assumptions about the building process.  There are no foolish questions in new construction!Try to plan your entire home in advance.
