Increased Business - 04/04/10 09:01 AM
I am excited that the market has picked up so much this past month or two.  I have been working hard every day to keep up with my calls and emails that are coming in on my properties.  After such a long, slow period, this is very exciting to see! 
I know that the majority of my business is due to the fast approaching deadline for the tax credits available to first time and repeat buyers.  I hate to see it come to an end, but I am very optimistic that the market will continue to improve, albeit slowly, over the coming months.  I … (5 comments)
