WOW WHAT A YEAR. I WAS WORKING ON 6 TRANSACTIONS AND THEY ARE JUST DISAPPEARED.. i  was told   :welcome to real estate:: 

WOW, i will recover.   Any help on getting new work. I am mailing some post cards today, 230.

I have 6 expired listings that I am going to call.

I have about 7 for sale by owners to call. I hope this will get me back on track for now.  

Once the six disappeared I considered quitting but you know what, that is exactly what the devil wants me to do and I refuse....  I will be a top producer soon.  i will continue to work this business until something happens.  

i admit once I had the 6 transactions i kinda quit marketing for more and i should not have quit working. I was showing houses, talking to the owners about my listings, taking calls about my listings. I was really busy which is good, but that fell apart.
