Yahoo recently published an article titled "6 Signs of a Crummy Real Estate Agent." The link to their article is below:

The article essentially states the following major points:
Poor communication. The agent doesn't offer advice nor can be relied upon as a Real Estate resource person. Insists on using affiliated businesses Works Real Estate as a "part-timer." Only shows homes listed with his/her company. Frequently is involved with violations of ethics, law, etc. The point taken in this article is that good agents:

Building relationships is an important part of our business. As a Realtor® I try to maintain relationships with professionals in every aspect of our industry. From time-to-time I get information via newsletters, emails, etc. from different professionals. One such professional is Brian Thomas of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation located in Stow, Ohio.
