report: Green, Ohio Market Report - 08/01/08 10:13 PM

Home sales in Green, Ohio are showing a slight recovery over the trend for the past year. Sales increased steadily during the first three quarters of 2007 but dropped to an all time low in the fourth quarter. The first quarter of 2008 began to show a slight recovery while the second quarter 2008 outperformed all previous periods going back to the beginning of 2007.

Average home sales in Q2, 2008 was $223,793.00 compared to $202,662.00 during the same period a year ago.
Average square footage of homes sold in Green, Ohio increased from 2,205 sq/ft in the second quarter … (7 comments)
