One of the great things about Calgary is how nice the summers can be. We have some really great parks and pathway systems. With around 635 km of pathways it is no wonder so many people are out and about enjoying the great weather that we have. Something that I personally try to do each and every year is to take the weekend and enjoy the Calgary Folk Music Festival. This event at Princes Island Park is a four day event that features 67 artists this year. It takes place from July 26-29 and is entirely outside with multiple stages. Musicians come

Calgary Real Estate Stats for April - 05/02/07 09:25 AM
According to statistics released today by the Calgary Real Estate Board the month of April was another good month for activity. The combined total residential sales amounted to 3,505 2,529 single-family residences 960 condominium 16 mobile homesAn increase in listings over the same month last year by 43.36 percent. For April a total of 5,118 new listings came onto the market. Down from the previous month by 1.48 percent.
