Traverse City Voted #3 in USA for Best Place to Live & Fish - 02/01/08 02:33 PM

Here is an excerpt from an article in the Feb. 2008 Filed & Stream magazine that states Traverse City, Michigan as the #3 Best place in the United States to Live & Fish. "A Freshwater Wonderland"
"Between May and October, there is no consitently better place to be fishing in America than Traverse City, Mich. Diversity is the key: Lake Michigan with salmon and stealhead; Grand Traverse Bay with some of the best smallmouth pockets and carp flats in America; and more rivers and natural lakes filled with trout, bass, and panfish than you can begin to touch in one season.
