This Saturday, August 24th, Sotterley Plantation in Hollywood will be hosting their annual Barn Bash!
Join us for a fun, family-friendly night of live music and dancing featuring “Country Memories.” The goal of this 10-year old Southern Maryland band with a mighty following is to bring back all of your country memories, featuring the traditional sound of the old country classics. Gates open at 5pm and the live music starts at 6pm.
$5 per person.
BBQ, Beer, and Wine will be available for purchase.

Because today is halfway to Christmas (sorry moms :) ) I thought this next event was appropriate to post today.
The St. Charles Towne Center and the Simon Kidgits Club will be hosting Christmas in July!
Children can practice their cookie decorating skills and participate in fun winter-inspired arts and crafts activities. There will also be door prizes and other fun giveaways (while supplies last). It’s never too early for kids to start their letters to Santa!
Kids of all ages are invited to a fun day full of festive cheer with fun giveaways, holiday music and Christmas craft activities.
