I'm amazed at how many agents are making the move to  new office. One thing is for sure, it's easier to make a change in this market than in a busy market. It's a process I went through recently. My Re/Max broker left the Re/Max organization to start an independant office in Nampa, ID. To my surprise 25 of 29 agents left the old agency to start up a brand new one. Times have changed and it's a new season for the real estate industry.  

The truth is many of us love this business. It's our passion and we'll will succeed at all costs. Be encouraged, get in the trenches, and work harder and smarter. Tomorrow is a new day and the American dream is still alive.
