One of the fun parts of my job is that my network allows me to find undiscovered gems that are not listed in the Steamboat MLS. I have a friend that is looking for property with great views that is close to town and in the Steamboat School district. The listed properties just haven't met their goals so I have enjoyed the chance to think a bit, dig a bit and explore some great land in Steamboat . Sales Volume for Routt County grew almost $10 million over July, totaling $46,343,500 and is 40% more than August of 2009.
