Actually, he is not really new for the area. James Dion, the new GM of one of the best and still affordable (wonderful combination, isn't it?) condo-hotels in the area is not a novice. Only 6 years in business, but he is rightfully considered one of the strongest GM.
I first met him when he came as GM to Fountain Beach Resort, where we have our office. Discussion on TV today about the judge's verdict that the young man comes back in a year and proves that he learned English, or go to jail. Liberal attorney lashes at the judge. According to her it is so un-American to force someone to speak English.
Why is it that this is so un-American to do what every other country does? Nobody cares in other countries how difficult it is to learn the language.
