Towers Grande in Daytona Beach Shores is a 16-story direct oceanfront condominium built in 2004 by DiMucci Development Corporation.

There are no residential units on the ground floor, and there is no 13th floor. Regular layout is 10 units per floor on floors 2 to 14. Two 2 bdr/2 bath units per floor, 1,860 sq. ft. Eight 3 bedr units. The largest 3 bedr / 3 baths is 2,378 sq. ft.

Bella Vista Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores.
Bella Vista is one of not many condos built after the Hurricanes of 2004. By the time it was complete in 2007, the market was already softening, and they had quite a few scared buyers, who opted to lose their 15% deposit and not close.

But the developer – Cook Development – were still lucky, they were able to sell the remaining unsold unit at minimum discount and get out of there before the market hit the bottom (if we assume that it already hit the bottom).

ALIKI & OCEAN RITZ CONDOMINIUMS IN DAYTONA BEACH 
These sister condominiums on the Atlantic Ave, at the north end of Daytona Beach right by the Ormond Beach border, are always very noticeable. 
The developer - Andy Xepapas - as the legend has it, called the first one Aliki Condominiums built in 1973 in honor of his wife Aliki. There are several condos developed by Xepapas, and they are all Alikis: Aliki Tower, Aliki Forum, Aliki Atrium...I heard that Ocean Ritz was initially also called Aliki, but changed the name when developer sold the project.
Was it a sign of love? I can only guess today.

Plaza Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach is in the spotlight today. Prices are low, but people still keep asking this sacral question "What is the worst thing that may happen to a condo-hotel?"
I often think that if my buyers could buy a condo-hotel for only one dollar, they would still want to make sure that they can not lose.
Mentioning a dollar has reason. Because the answer really depends on what you paid for it.
