Stewart Penn posted Real Estate Blogger Sued for $25 Million
It was a fascinating story of a developer suing a real estate agent for stating in his blog that the developer was bankrupt in some prior years. The story was all over the news, when it broke, somehow it got a new life yesterday with some activity in this regard on Twitter, and Stewart's blog on AR.

Moving to Florida is what every American contemplates, even if he/she does not know it, or lives in California, which is a totally different world altogether.
