This is one of 15 condominium buildings in the family of The Oceans, even though two or them do not have «Oceans» in the name (Cloverleaf South and Cloverleaf North), this is know in Daytona as the Oceans.

Oceans Four was built in 1980, and this is a unique Oceanfront Oceans. Only one building like it.

When the Real Estate market in Daytona Beach area was basking in the sun and money, we got some nice condominium buildings popping up on the self proclaimed Most Famous Beach in the World.
New developers came to town, new ideas made waves, new levels of luxury got realized in several condominium projects that made it into success...

Daytona Beachside is a 23-mile long but narrow Barrier island squashed between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, also called Halifax River.
This is a small part of the Daytona Beach area, but when we are talking VACATION, this is what we have in mind.  The rest is for locals. There are absolutely gorgeous communities in the area, but they are of no interest to tourists.
