Time from time I see blogs starting with “Ask the Ambassador” and I feel like a lazy bone. Every time I promise myself to write something meaningful, but it is darn difficult nowadays to say anything, which is not common knowledge. Feels like I am a darn good learner, but a lousy teacher… So here is something, which is not unique … but there are may be those, who do not know about it and do not use this excellent resource. It is the same as with cars. You can get anything from the tiniest GEO Metro to a stunning red Ferrari. But even if you could afford a Ferrari, why want a Ferrari if you are selling rural land? I am not a techie and I am even less of a techie trainer. I am a mediocre user, and I am posting it because I figure there are many users like me in the Rain. Do you ever feel that you know what image would be perfect for your blog, but you do not know where to get it? What about good ole DIY? There are ways not to just find a suitable photo and use it in your blog post, but add some juice to the photo by adding text or modifying the image, or doing both. I … (22 comments)

I was reading a blog today. Good blog, well written, well thought of. And when I read that the Member has married children, and has a 6 year-old grandson, I look back at the photo. Is this a photo of her daughter? A nice-looking late 20- early 30ish female… Nope, the photo is of the member… Recently I met an agent, whose photos I have seen so many times on his signs. It is about the consent to pictures, even if these are the pictures of the interiors of the properties for sale. In the ensued discussion, the overall tone is that we gotta be careful as we do not know who walks through these homes and how they are going to use the pictures on the Internet. I saw that red carpet to the private party at Hard Rock Cafe, I walked those stairs, I got a T-shirt. AR Gods were there as close to us as they could. They even provided a free drink to confirm their divine status (who else can get you a free drink?). Started small, the party quickly get into full gear. Rainers were talking to each other, groups formed. Sometimes familiar faces from the blog photos started materializing in the warm Orlando air.
