That's the truth and nothing but the truth. The statistics don't lie, the agents who have obtained different certifications such as CRS, CCIM, CCP, etc, earn definitively more money than those who do not have certifications. Some agents state, "well I have many years of experience and I do not need further education" what they don't realize is that they have usually 1 year of experience multiplied by so many years! Which is very different.
