I've noticed that lately there are a lot of loan modification companies opening up all
 over my area. Every one it seems is try to help people that are having problems paying
 there mortgage. But most of them about 80% have just been working on them less then
 a month. Purchased a book loan-modification for dummies. Most of these homes would
have gone into for-closers or best case, short sale. Were there FICO score will not be dam
aged for to long? Maybe in 12 or 15 months they might be buying a new home. Any real

I have an offer on one of my listing in long island,new york. About a month now I have send the short sale package to the bank's rep.Three time alreadyy.Spoke with him at list twice a week by phone.When I call him he tells me he has not received it or he received part of the package by fax.Should I just bring to him personlly,because his office is just one town away from me or is there any thing out there that can help me on how to trouble shot a short sale.
