Well, I'm sure all of you have heard lots of talk about the real estate market and how bad it is, and what not. Well I'm not going to say that things haven't changed or that the market is great and all. But, what I will say is that the market isn't crashing, its actually normalizing. Real estate sales, or any sales for that matter, were never meant to be easy. Sales is one the toughest professions there is.
