      <description>&lt;p&gt;Good morning activerainers, I have a question to ask; &quot;How many Realtors work out on a regular basis, and does it enhance production&quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I personally work out 4-5 times a week, I'm heading to the gym uptown Charlotte after this blog post actually :0)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can tell you from personal experience that when I work out, my day moves and flows much easier. My mind is free, I can think straight, carry many tasks at once, and even better, I feel great.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I highly recommend an intense work out when you can get it, you can thank me with later.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Rain Rain go away......</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Does anybody get positive energy from the sun, or feel more energetic when that bad boy is shining down in his finest? I would be one of them. Today is nothing but rain, I do have a closing, but the rain is killing my personal drive.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have to realize that god has a mysterious wya of putting us in our place and appreciating life, instead of being on the go all of the time (me). Typically I am very motivated, self driven, and energetic. Today I just feel as if I want to be lazy. Is this ok?&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Can ANYONE out there help me to get around the title seasoning for end buyers on short sales? I know a trust is an effective method to get around this, but not many attorneys want to close trust deals in my state?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have 5 listings in Charlotte and another dozen across the nation, but I can't seem to figure out how to get past the seasoning?&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;The Charlotte market is what drove me to this location. It is stable, but like most &quot;stable&quot; areas, nothing booming is happening. Despite the fact that Charlotte has 70,000 people moving here w/in the next 24 mos speaks volumes, but does nothing for the immediate need of instant gratification.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fortunately the foreclosure market is low here, which is good. But before I moved to Charlotte I had no idea that &quot;NC&quot; was the #1 fraud state in the country for loan fraud? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I moved out here from Denver, CO and I thought it was bad out there, to find out I have officially landed in the #1 most fraudulent state in the country? WTF, lol?&lt;/p&gt;

The nation as a whole; 1 out of every 64 homes in the united states received a default notice last month. THIS IS CRAZY!!!&lt;/p&gt;
