"Spiaggia" is one of the finest gulf front vacation homes in Destin, Florida. The home is located in the gated subdivision of Destiny by the Sea in the heart of Destin, Florida. Destiny by the Sea is a small, gated community boasting many of the panhandle's finest homes. Built to the latest codes this home has 24 inch steel beams running throughout the entire home to provide for the utmost in hurricane protection. This beautiful home is directly gulf front and sleeps up to 17 people comfortably. The home boasts two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa on the first floor. The first floor also has a full size kitchen, living area, laundry, and sun room. The second floor has another bedroom, full kitchen, and living area. The third floor has two additional bedrooms, an office, and a huge master suite with a private balcony. There is a private elevator in the home to service all three floors. Spiaggia has televisions located in every bedroom, including 50 inch HD televisions in the living rooms. The entire home is adorned with fine furnishings to help you enjoy your stay. The home is outfitted with wireless internet in case you must work. We also provide a dvd collection, board games, and video games for the kids.

Vista Mare is the quintessential beach house. This beautiful cottage sits directly across the street from the gulf along Scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach. Enjoy your private oasis with a private swimming pool in the back yard. The home boasts an 11x20 swimming pool that is strictly for this home. Sit on the porch and enjoy the incredible gulf views or take a stroll along the beach. There is a beach access directly across the street from this home. This house has just been completely remodeled in 2008 to give it a fresh feel.
Vista Mare sleeps up to 10-12 people. There is a king bed in the master suite and a queen in one of the guest bedrooms. The other guest bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds with double beds on the bottom and twins on the top.There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms are outfitted with televisions along with the living room. The home is stocked with a dvd collection and board games for those rainy days. The home is finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and granite counter tops throughout. It has been professionally decorated by a local design company. Vista Mare is outfitted with wireless internet for those of you who have to work.
This area of 30A is well known for it's laid back lifestyle yet is close to shopping and restaurants. Take a ride and enjoy the community of Rosemary Beach or over to the new Pier Park in Panama City Beach. This location is perfect whether you are looking for peace and quiet or looking to get out and have some fun!

This gorgeous four bedroom townhome is centrally located along Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida. With over 2,300 square feet there is room for everyone. This vacation rental home is located directly across from the beach and boasts gulf views from the master suite. Royal Siesta is located close to shopping, restaurants, activities, night life, and the beautiful beaches of Destin. This vacation rental is incomparable for an affordable beach vacation. The townhome was completely remodeled in 2009 to provide guests with the best possible beach vacation experience.
Royal Siesta has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. The first floor boasts a lockout private suite with a private bath. This suite has sliding glass doors that lead to the outside and also connects to the rest of the unit. The second floor has a bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king.
