Just an FYI to everyone. Interest rates are incredible right now. On 12/17/2008 they took a dip to as low as i have seen the past 7 years on Conventional, FHA and USDA loans. What a great time to lock in a rate on a refinance or to buy a new home as it a buyers market. They are some real deals out there. I'm excited to see what's going to happen next!
